sthg gt into my eye, ouch..it hurts
pulled my calf muscle jus nw, did onli 3k, walked back n went stairclimbing..
My soaked Asics frm last sunday's run made me decide to try stairclimbing last Mon to be better prepared for e real run, climbed up n down 176 flights of stairs n my thighs n calves were fairly screaming out in pain for e next 4 days..
Fri nite was boogie nite with the 2A'ers n 2 of Jimmy's frens frm US who were born in Vietnam bt raised in the States, 1 of them's gorgeous...

Went to Zouk to meet Lian first who had free passes n they were hving free drinks all nite bt we reached later than e stipulated time of 915 n decided to go our old fave, Double O instead..
Ordered jugs of Lychee Martini, Gin tonic, some vodka lime n beer...
n there was a police raid in e middle, such a bummer...bt it was great fun though e music cud hv been better...Sat's music is much better.
Retro music wud hv rocked..nt tt big on rnb n def nt techno
8 of us in all n there was tis weird guy who kept trying to dance with our grp, he was especially interested in Jimmy.
I suspect he's gay.

Bt we onli stayed till 2am cuz Jimmy's frens needed to go off earlier..
Found a gd way to fend off hangover...by hitting e gym e next morn...
Went to e gym early this morn too n tml's Sports Day so will be hitting e gym, tt is unless my pulled calves happens to be sthg more serious.
They can't let me down nw, I've gt to go for e training run on Sunday at Sentosa...will be gg with mgr.
My legs hv been gifing me probs lately.
Old knee pain is back, aching thighs n calves n nw pulled my muscle.
Greeeeaaaat...
My eye still hurts...sheeesh...
n heez, tis wkend has been rather gd, gyming, retail therapy (bought 3 shoes!), dg household chores, running, sleeping, reading...
Tml's work again...hope it'll be a gd uneventful one for me..
